Case Study Pharm001B CAR-T cell TherapiesPrograms:LAT101 and LAT202
This case study is my project designed to showcase my learnings from the research that I have performed on Advanced Therapies. The case study number is Pharm001B and it provides an overview of the lifecycle of CAR-T cell therapies — from product development and preclinical studies, through clinical trials, to marketing authorisation and post-approval activities.
The CAR-T cell therapy medicinal products I will be discussing are theoretical. They are not currently in clinical development or approved for marketing.
However, they are based on contemporary scientific advances and are designed to illustrate how CAR-T therapies might be developed to treat cancers — including haematological malignancies and solid tumours.
